Directions for use: take up to 50 drops of the extract diluted in 60 ml (2 oz) of water 1-2 times a day. Start with 5 drops and gradually increase the number. Take before breakfast and lunch. Do not take past 5PM. Be mindful to each component and individual tolerance.
